It also does not emit toxic gases at higher temperatures. *Tested by TÜV Rheinland for 106 known PFAS elements, none has been proven.
- Duralon Blue hardness - The hardness is rated 9H. Since diamond is rated 10H, it is extremely strong. It has a high resistance to abrasion, corrosion and acids, which means it won't chip or discolor and retains its non-stick properties longer.
